Hi Ken, I once had the same problem where one of the points in my log was 'way off'. For this reason I would always do the following before etching / milling: Give the surface you want to probe a wipe to remove any dust or dirt. Probe again. Check the log file for any obscurities in the numbers. Re...

Bad prob log

Using version 8.3 in two places on the board, it carved through the board. The board is 1/32" thick, in several areas, I am removing large areas of copper with a 1.0mm end mill. Used AutoLeveller for the first time yesterday, worked like a charm. My mill has a vacuum clamp (vacuum cleaner source) that does a pretty good job of holding the board down flat, but, the results still weren't perfect.
