Hi Bruteforce, I am a relative newbie too but Country Bubba's advice has helped me. I had tried holding the board down at the corners with screws but they induced to much flexing which AL can't cope with. Over the weekend I used doublesided tape. Hi Olovskos, I had the same problem. When I looked closer at the probe file I found one entry with a Z of -1mm, clearly an aberration relative to the rest of the board. Hi All, have just started using AutoLeveller and am delighted with the results. I cut a board which has a Thin Shrink SOIC in it and it has worked really well.
