Just to inform, I did like steamer described in his post viewtopic.php?f=8&t=349
and it works perfectly !!
Thank you very much !!

I also think this solution should be implemented in next edition of AL software. For many of us who use NcUsbPod.dll driver.
USB version of driver is very popular and many use it.

I'm very satisfied on how pcb turned out:

@daedelus, i will try your suggestion for RPF file fix. But for now only steamer solution is enough, even simpler to use. I just can't use G82 command but I actually don't need it...

I came across this thread on MachSupport forum: https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index ... 797.0.html
which seems to describe the problem of writing DRO's to a file and of avoiding the repeats. Read page 1 and 2, copy and paste the macro at the end of the thread to a new file e.g. PROBE.m1s, replace the G31 lines in the PFG with PROBE. Also, remove the M40, and M41 words in the PFG. Try if possible and see if it works.
...
Thinking about this before trying it.
If I remove G31 lines how will machine perform probing?
It will not try to probe without G31 since the macro described here https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index ... 97.10.html
only records current DRO.
It should first try to probe, when it reaches the top of the surface then record current DRO's.

Or I'm wrong?

You are correct, my mistake. The call to this as a macro should come after the G31 line, not to replace it, sorry.

The next version of AL will hopefully feature a "Custom" controller option which will allow you to insert macros calls, change words etc. and therefore mimic the changes in the GCode made by steamer, rather that supporting the NcUsbPod.dll specifically.

Very glad steamers suggestion helped. Your PCB looks fantastic, thanks for sharing the image :D
