Hi,
is AE able to generate code for probing surface for Haas mill (in this case VM-3) using probe that is included on automatic toolchanger ?

For Mach3 the probe GCode word is G31 but no idea if the same would work for your machine. The member version of AE allows you to add custom words and commands but I still cant say for definite that it would work. Sorry.
