Re: Mach4 works with cautions
Hello, I'm using autoleveller in Mach4. I can get it to work only by changing the 2002 callouts with 5063, which was posted by Dodger. I tried to run the PFG but when M40 is called, a dialog box should pop up to save the file, the dialog box does not pop up. Mach4 stops on that M40 line. I did insta...

Re: I need clarification for a few items in the software
Thank you for your explanation. Much more clear to me on the parameters. I did mill the PCB with the green point that I mentioned in the above post. During the milling, it did not mill any traces where the green point was showing. Is there a too far out of tolerance to mill using Autoleveller? I wil...

I need clarification for a few items in the software
Where does the software get the data for 'Probe Depth and Probe Clearance'? What should the Probe Depth be? The same with Probe Clearance? When I load my OGF and have the mesh use the parameters from the OGF, Probe Depth is -0.0625. Probe Clearance is 0.0787. It doesn't change the values when I load...

Re: Hole detection and avoid them she probing
The alignment holes that I use are drilled in each board that I etch.
Thanks
Why couldn't I change the XY coordinates under probe settings in Autoleveller to miss the alignment holes? Thanks

Re: Hole detection and avoid them she probing
I also etch before drilling. I use Flatcam to produce my G-Code files. I use Autoleveller to probe the board and then I etch the bottom first but before flipping the board over to etch the top layer, the alignment pin holes (4 of them) must be drilled. Once the board is flipped to the top layer, I u...

Re: Hole detection and avoid them she probing
Yes, this happens when doing doublesided boards. The alignment pin holes get in the way when flipping the board around to etch the other side. There needs to be a way to avoid the holes?
